"Make a Copy" Option For Topics Not Working

Is anyone having an issue with the "Make a Copy" function for Topics?

When I am in the Topics List View and click on More Options (the three dots to the right of the topic name), there is an option for "Make a Copy". When I choose Make a Copy, the copy function starts. However, the copy never finishes. There is just a spinning circle on the page.

This option worked fine for me until about a week ago when the new Authoring Canvas function was released. I don't know if the two are related, but it seems like a coincidence the copy function stopped working on the same day.
