"Make a Copy" Option For Topics Not Working

Is anyone having an issue with the "Make a Copy" function for Topics?
 
When I am in the Topics List View and click on More Options (the three dots to the right of the topic name), there is an option for "Make a Copy".  When I choose Make a Copy, the copy function starts.  However, the copy never finishes.  There is just a spinning circle on the page.
 
This option worked fine for me until about a week ago when the new Authoring Canvas function was released.  I don't know if the two are related, but it seems like a coincidence the copy function stopped working on the same day.

    Tested the "Make a Copy" function again today.  It appears to be working again.

    Hello,
     
    The Only reason it would have not worked should be because of the Browser settings.
     
    First time i remember my Browser was asking some Permission to Copy and Paste. I clicked on Allow and then only it started working. Please ensure that permission is enabled in your browser.
     
    Sometimes the issue may stem from the browser cache or session. You could try clearing your browser cache or starting a new incognito/private window, and then reattempt copying and pasting the node.
     
    Ensure that your browser is up-to-date and supported by Copilot Studio. Certain browser versions may not handle the interaction with Copilot Studio as expected.
