I have a Power App which is associated with MS Flow. In the app, a button click triggers the flow and flow returns the result to the app. In Flow, I am using Excel Online (business) connector to connect to an excel which is stored in SPO. Flow takes the input from Power Apps and based on that input find the row from excel table and returns a column value back to Power Apps. Everything was working fine until one week before but suddenly new users (who had never configured Excel Online connector) are not able to open the Power App. When they try to open the app, it asks to sign in to this connector and when user clicks on Sign In, it gives an error:
"We were not able to add this connection" and then there was additional information that "Item was not found in the cache".
Any tips why this is error coming?
