Hello everyone,
I was going use AI Builder using my private account, but when I want to play around with a quick test here
"You don't have permission to quick test models in this environment. Ask your admin to make you a System Customizer"
But I am already System Administrator, System Customizer, Environment maker and Basic user. Why does it throw this error?
This error happens when the portal thinks your environment still has credits, but actually it hasn't, for example because all have been consumed.
There is a local cache which is not refreshed. If you clear it, you should see an overage banner.
Please check the capacity available to your environment and compare it to its consumption.
Latest enforcement rules block quick test and all maker actions as soon as consumption is over available credit (assigned or unassigned).
(simple overage). If your consumption is way over (important overage) model runs will fail in Apps and Flows.
