The Power Apps for Office 365 version my organization cannot create reports. Ditto for Dataverse. Does anyone what version of Power Apps and Dataverse has the report wizard to create and run reports?

I do not believe there is a licencing or versioning restriction for Dataverse reports or Model Driven App reports. Have you checked if you're trying to create reports from a Solution?

Hi Amik, I was not trying to create a report in a Solution. Unfortunately, there is no documentation that supports how to create reports in PA. Am I supposed to create an app in a solution?
@Tal22 - missing documentation is a common characteristic of Microsoft!
Correct, the Report Wizard can only be created from a Solution and can be viewed and run in Model Driven Apps only.
Thanks, it's curious that MS does not provide directions on this feature. I suppose they want users to purchase Power BI. I am a Access developer evaluation Dataverse apps for my organization. So far, I find Dataverse not ready as a real database solution. The UI is ill conceived and extremely clunky. Hence, I will stick with Access going forward until the Power Platform matures into a user friendly platform.
Hi @Tal22 - the Dynamics reporting feature is old and was not designed to be a full BI solution like Power BI or Tableau.
Agreed the UI is extremely clunky and old and requires a number of workarounds to get some basic functionality working. The hoops you need to jump just to change the colour of a single axis or group of charts is horrible.
However, once you have it up and running, customers in my organisation have found them extremely useful - particularly Interactive Experience Dashboards:
