Can we user PowerApps as a transaction processing system (for heavy transactions)?

Is it possible to execute heavy transactions (executing around 3 to 4 hours) using PowerApps + Dataverse?

Ex. Fetching 1500 records from Dataverse and passing through different logics/formulas (around 20 to 30 formulas) and this is a batch process.

    A Power Automate Flow would be more suitable for the type of batch prcessing that you describe. Personally, I would not attempt to do this in a Power App.
