Meeting Capture v2 Not Exporting

Dear Community,

I am new to PowerApps. I have download Meeting Capture v2 developed by Reza. 

 

It is not exporting the Notes, or Planner Tasks, or Emailing the notes. 

 

Is it due to the parameters update? I am on the ConfirmScreen > OnVisible > 

 

Cannot figure out the code error.

 

Any help will be highly appreciated.
