Hi,
I have implemented a Business Process Flow associated to my custom entity "Project".It consists of 3 stages (Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3).
I would like to create a custom Entity View where for each Project Record we can see its current Business Process Flow Stage.
How can I achieve that ?
Thanks
Arioule
for your business process flow you will have an entity with the same name as your BPF.
So say your process flow is called "Sales Process" you will have an entity called Sales Process there as well.
So make a view of that entity.
for example, from my opportunity sales process, I have a field for opportunity and active stage.
Hi @jlindstrom ,
Thanks a lot for your help,
I am looking for a way to add the active stage name into my main table view. I have a table called Vendors, and I have created a BPF called Vendors BPF. There is a Vendors BPF table automatically created. I want to add the Active stage name for each Vendor record to my Active Vendors view. Is this possible? I can't see the Vendors BPF table in my related tables when I go to edit the Active Vendors view.
thanks,
Sean

Update
I have solved this using a workflow. I created a field in 'Vendors' table called 'Active Stage'. I created a workflow that updates the 'Active Stage' field in the 'Vendors' table whenever the 'Active Stage' field is changed in the 'Vendors BPF' table.
Thanks!
