I am unable to Install the Power Apps CLI by running the following command in a command prompt or terminal:
npm install -g powerapps-cli
Please help on this.

You can use the Visual Studio Code extension for Power Platform CLI (pac): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/developer/cli/introduction?WT.mc_id=BA-MVP-5004107#install-using-power-platform-tools-for-visual-studio-code
In case you prefer the powerapps cli for windows (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/developer/cli/introduction?WT.mc_id=BA-MVP-5004107#install-power-platform-cli-for-windows).
The "pac cli" will allow you to create PCF projects. Is this cli you are looking for?
