Bug - Tool setup

Hello, I am currently creating a tool. I received an unexpected output, and I’m certain it’s a bug. How can I report it?

Steps followed: Tools → New tool → Prompt, then:
 

  1. I used a prompt from the prompt library provided by Microsoft

  2. I ran a test and received this error message

    Instruction with document as an input: Extract the specified entities from the provided *document*   with precision, paying special attention to preserving currency values. Flatten the hierarchy of entities, listing them at the same level in the output. Normalize entities to their respective data types, such as strings for text, numbers for quantities, and ISO 8601 format for dates. For currency values, include the numerical amount and the currency symbol or code to maintain the value's context. Adapt to multilingual content, accurately extract quantities with units, and ensure the integrity of cross-referenced data. For each entity, especially currency, ensure that the JSON output accurately reflects the value with its currency symbol or code, and represents other data types appropriately.

    Model response: Unexpected token 'L', "L’action '"... is not valid JSON

    You can go to the Support tab in the Power Platform Admin Center and check existing Known Issues to see if it is there already. If not, you could create a support ticket where you can show support the issue and then they will determine if it is a bug or not.

    @bscarlavai33  Hello,
    As you suggested, I created the ticket on 13th November. They invited me for a call on 24th November, and after that, they reached out with further questions. Today is 3rd December, and I still have no response to my issue, no target resolution date, nothing. This support is a joke. Considering the cost of the licences, we should have Amazon-level support. I am extremely disappointed.
