As per above, the value of the Planned Review Date is blank, but a value is shown in the DataCard - at least until I click Edit at which point it is correctly blank.
Any ideas?
This happens even if I set the Default to ThisItem.'PlannedReviewDate'. I am loathed to revert back to the legacy datepicker control as it looks horrendous.
The Item setting of the form is a variable called CurrentItem which is set by the OnSelect of the left hand gallery. I don't think this matters as you can see the value is blank.

I have tried things like adding ResetForm(EvaluationForm) to the OnSelect of the gallery.
What state is the Form in on the top, New/Edit or View, as it will show something in certain modes, and the default won't matter.
