Connection failure everytime

I am configuring a Copilot that is used in a canvas app. I have added 2 dataverse tables in knowledge. I can see in Managed Connections, status as Connected.

But Whenever I test copilot, getting the same error

Error Message: The connector ‘Microsoft Dataverse’ returned an HTTP error with code 400. Error Code: ConnectorRequestFailure Conversation Id: 5cf47ccb-0402-45bc-895d-c106303f1db6 Time (UTC): 2024-11-01T05:06:57.144Z

I had the same issue, fixed with 1 table at a time publish. try out

Hi Krishnaz,

Ensure that the Copilot's connection has the appropriate permissions for the Dataverse tables in question. In Dataverse, go to the security roles and verify that the user or service principal associated with the connection has read permissions for the tables used.

If you are using the Manual Authentication in copilot, ensure that the proper API permission is given to access Dataverse. Also check Admin consent is provided.

Lastly dataverse has certain rate limits and API quotas. If you're approaching these limits or have exceeded them recently, it could impact the performance and result in a 400 error. You can check the usage and quotas in the Power Platform admin center.
