Power Virtual Agent Chatbot as a popup/bubble on Sharepoint Site

Hi,

 

Is there a way to have a Power Virtual Agent Chatbot added to a Sharepoint Site but as a popup/bubble? We are able to add the chatbot through Embed and getting the iframe. That method is straightforward but we would like to get that functionality where a user can click on a bubble and it will open up the chatbot.
