Authentication loop

Hi all,

I am stuck in a seemingly endless authentication loop in the PowerApps editor. While editing or trying to save my app, I get the following error:

I click "Authenticate" get a brief OAuth window pop up and clear, then the
I have tried the following:

Clear browser cache
Sign out/back in from make.powerapps.com
Sign out/back in from portal.office.com
Logged out of all devices in the Admin Center/Active Users

None of these solutions have resolved the error. Has anyone else seen this error or know how to resolve it?

@JWhiteFEI Something unfortunate has happened. It says, "Max login attempts exceeded". So you may have to wait a bit.

The troubleshooting steps for authentication issues are typically browser dependent (such as those for startup issues beneath) so if you haven't done so, I would try a different browser.

Failing that, you could raise a support ticket. Microsoft should be able to monitor the authentication error from their end, which should help diagnose the problem.

I am getting this authentication prompt if I leave the window inactive for ~10 min or more. I was editing some code in notepad on the side for 10 minutes, and when I returned to paste it in, I got the message. Same thing, 'Max login attempts'.. But I had not initiated any OAuth in that period.

I may raise this as a ticket to see whats up. Maybe a licensing issue on the user side?
