Hi ,

I have developed an agent for system license recommendation , where the bot will ask set of questions to the user and based on the answers the bot will fetch the matching license suitable for the user from the excel sheet in sharepoint  using power automate . And then send an email to my outlook account about the user details and recommended license . I am unable to integrate this to my company website . The no authentication option is not working . How can I add this to a website . I think its not allowing me because am using the sharepoint , power automate and outlook . Is there any alternative option to achieve this .

    Hi,

The no authentication option is usually disabled because a Teams channel is active.
Have a look under Channels > Teams and click the remove channel buton.

    regards,
    Arild

What are the settings on the "Send an email (V2)" connector?
End user authentication must be "Maker-provide credentials" since your users are not authenticated

It worked !! .Thank you so much @Arild Aarnes for your assistance . I am new to this area so I struggle with the security authentications . Could you also help me to set the same for the power automate flow . I can't see any property setup for power automate in the copilot studio . I have a excel business share point folder in power automate .

    Hi,

If you go to our Power Automate flow and change it to use a specific connection and not Run-only-user, I think that would work.

    Regards,
    Arild
