PowerAutomate into PowerApp

I have an existing MS Form which triggers a PowerAutomate flow to:

  1. Create Sharepoint Item
  2. Send Email from Shared Mailbox with series of conditions - A
  3. Send Email from shared mailbox with series of conditions - B
  4. Create Task in Planner with Series of Conditions
  5. Update Planner Task Details

I am in the process of designing an App to submit the form, instead of using MS Form.

How would i go about adding the PowerAutomate flow to my App Submit Button?  Would i recreate my flow using the Automate Button in the Apps? or is it not as simple as that?

    @KristyH

    The powerautomate trigger must be of type powerapps, so that you can link the power automate to the app.
