We have an extra app which we would decommission in a few weeks. Because of this additional app users are using 3 apps in total, thus every user consuming two per-app plan licenses.
At the time of decommissioning app, we plan to remove security role from users which app uses.. Can we immediately use free licenses to other users?
Because we do not assign license directly to users, in model-driven app it shared by security role, I wonder when the license is considered unused, 1st day of every month or the end of licensing agreement?
