    Hi,

    you can achieve that creating a gallery inside the card, set items to DataCardValue.Attachments (attachment control), create a image control and set the image to ThisItem.Value. Like this:

    I hope it helps 🙂

    Patch(
    UserTab,
    LookUp(
    UserTab,
    Title = TextInput1.Text
    ),
    {
    Title: TextInput1.Text,
    EmployeeID: TextInput1.Text,
    EmployeeName: TextInput2.Text,
    GroupName:Dropdown5.SelectedText.GroupName,
    EmployeeEmail:ListBox4.Selected.Mail,
    EmployeeDep: DataCardValue17.Selected,
    Designation:TextInput3.Text,
    CreatedBy:User().FullName,
    CreatedDate:Today(),
    Attachments:DataCardValue20

    }
    );

    Why are you using Patch() if you can just submit the form (SubmitForm()).

    anyway, you can send attachments using the Form.Updates (your attachment control should be inside a form)

    Patch(
    UserTab,
    LookUp(
    UserTab,
    Title = TextInput1.Text
    ),
    {
    Title: TextInput1.Text,
    EmployeeID: TextInput1.Text,
    EmployeeName: TextInput2.Text,
    GroupName:Dropdown5.SelectedText.GroupName,
    EmployeeEmail:ListBox4.Selected.Mail,
    EmployeeDep: DataCardValue17.Selected,
    Designation:TextInput3.Text,
    CreatedBy:User().FullName,
    CreatedDate:Today(),
    },

    <YourFormName>.Updates

    );
