Excel Power Query Editor Missing "Export Template"

See this image. This is in Excel's Power Query Editor. When I look at Excel, it does not offer "Export Template". Where do I find "Export Template"?

    Actually, I found out that the reason is because I'm not an Office Insider.

    No, Export Template does not show up in Power Query for me, my friend.
