Im thinking of using power apps to replace a small portion of a web application and want to know about how viable this would be, im work for a large scale client and they have thousands of customers, i wanted to build a power app for an authorisation process where they can select items from a gallery and bulk authorise, my main question is because ill be using an Iframe to display the power app within the web page would every user need a power apps license or would anyone be able to use it because of the Iframe, my gut is telling me that everyone would need a license but it doesnt hurt to ask.
Every user accessing the Power App via the iframe will require a Power Apps license. The iframe itself does not bypass the licensing requirement.
Try following if applicable:
Use Power Pages to build a low-code external-facing portal.
Licensing for Power Pages is based on page views or authenticated users, which may be more cost-effective for large-scale external use cases.
