Why is there no easy embed chat or panel option?

You guys did an outstanding job with the UX for creating a new Agent.

I was able to create an agent in just minutes, but when I went to Channels to publish it, I was surprised to find no option for embedding a chatbot on a website, which many other platforms offer. For example, Google provides a seamless and elegant way to publish their agents. Why isn’t this feature available, given that it seems to be one of the most popular options out there?

Would be amazing if this was available and the chat would restore the conversation if the user goes from page to page in the same domain and/subdomain

Hi @CU05051822-1,

You can use an iframe for it. Go to Channels tab (in blue), select Web App (in red) and then you can copy the code for embedding (in green):

I am looking to do what Google allows me to do with their agents. It is a fully integrated chatbot. So, I can choose to display a button bottom-right, or a button to open as a right-panel. it takes care of all the code for me and it can remember the session from page to page.

Weird, but for some reason I also didn't find this option in another tenant a few days ago. If I remember well, you can also find the iframe under Custom website or Mobile app.

Like I said. That "Custom website" option does not offer and fully integrated chat app, it does not provide a chat button click or panel button click. It just provides a window. It is not very useful to have a window as I have 3 different site technologies within my domain, these architecture would require me to create and deploy a full chat system, or develop different chats using each platforms technology.

My question was more "Why is there no easy embed open-chat-button or open-panel-button option?"

This is super common today and tons of companies already offer this functionality. I really want to use Microsoft Studio, but this makes it super hard
