Hi everyone,
I am encountering an issue that I hope someone can help me with. I need to delete a record from the 'Queue items' table where the object type is a Case. I have the GUID of the Case, but I'm not sure how to formulate the syntax in PowerFX on the custom page to delete this record upon submission (onSubmit). It has to do with the polymorphic lookup of the object.
Could anyone provide guidance or examples on how to achieve this?
