Dynamic parameter in Lookup

I'm trying to create a User Defined Function and to do that i need the lookup parameter do be dynamic, is it possible?
 
In the below example I need Quantity to be a variable that i pass to the function. 
 
LookUp(IceCream, Flavor = "Chocolate", Quantity)

    You cannot refer to field names dynamically - one reason being that Power apps then has no ability to check the validity of any potential formula outcome.
