Setting up SharePoint Online Connection

Hi all,

 

I'm configuring a connection for a PowerApp I'm developing however I am getting the following issue on the portal.

 

The gateway did not receive a response from 'powerappsfe-prod-Europe.trafficemanager.net' within the specific time period.

Do you folks have any ideas why this could be the case. I cannot see an immediate fix from my side.

    Hi @opticshrew,

     

    What is your current situation?

    Please take a try with Browser Inprivate mode, see if the error insists.

    If yes, would it be convenient for you to share the session ID (Or a screenshot for the error messages in details)?

    I will try to involve someone to take a look from the back end.
