Hello guys,

We had an issue with a Dynamics 365 Sales environment that had a custom connector set up.
When restoring from a backup copy, the custom connector is no longer visible even though the user global admin is still the same.
Thinking it had been deleted, in trying du recreate the custom connector I am notified that it is already there with the same name.
I cannot see it, can you help me?

Thank you but your doesn't help at all.. in azure where?? Since has been created in PowerApps linked to specific Dynamics 365 Sales environments

Custom Connect not showing

When trying to recreate the custom connector, if it says that the name is already in use, it might be a caching or display issue.

You could try clearing your browser cache or using incognito mode to see if that helps.

In Azure check custom connector
