Hello All,

I am creating a Request form and one of the required fields is a combo box so if the requester has more than one of the items.

Region Help.PNG

Region is the name of the Required field and the choices are coming from a SharePoint List. The code for the Combo Box is as so:

Choices('Training Requests'.Region)

That code works perfect, but its when I am trying to display the selected items onto the confirmation screen am I stuck.

Region Help2.PNG

I would usually put the code:

RegionInput.SelectedItems

but that does not work.

Would also like a comma between the choices in the text label

SharePoint list Name: Training Requests

Combo Box Name: RegionInput

Column that the combobox is retrieving the choices from: Region

Any help will be appreciated!,

Mono

    @Anonymous

    You can use this code to show the comma separated choices in a Text field.  Make sure to change the column name "Value" to whatever your column name is.

    Left(
     Concat(RegionInput.SelectedItems,Value,","),
     Len(Concat(RegionInput.SelectedItems,Value,",")-2
    )

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Do you want to display the selected items value in a box?

    1)If it is a label control.

    Please set the label's Text:

    Left(
     Concat(RegionInput.SelectedItems,Value&","),
     Len(Concat(RegionInput.SelectedItems,Value&","))-1)

    // The comma is ",". Left and Len function is used to remove the last ","

    2)If it is a list box

    You could just set the listbox's Items:

    RegionInput.SelectedItems,Value

    Then the value will be separated to different lines automatically.

    I was so close, LOL. We used the same code but it should have been -1 instead of -2.

    Good to hear you solved the problem

    ....SelectedItems,Value&"......

    doesn't work. Anything after 'SelectedItems' gives red squiggly line error.
