Power BI and PowerApps integration (licenses)

I have a basic Power App connected to a SharePoint List, that I need a few personnel to use to enter data for a couple of weeks

Do they need a license and if so what are the options for a 2-3 week project? They all have access to the SharePoint Site.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can add them as guest user in your tenant. You can allocate any one of the office 365 E1,E2,E3 licenses or unassigned power apps per user/ per app license for certain period that is required. Later remove the license.
