Hi All,

Where does the Copilot agent knowledge source files will be stored after the knowledge source file is uploaded using copilot studio while building the agent.

The answer is, they are stored in Dataverse along with the other Copilot configuration details.

Actual knowledge source file will be stored in Azure Blob and knowledge source configuration will be stored in Dataverse.

Could you please clarify:

Which Azure Storage account is used for this? Is it automatically provisioned when Copilot Studio is associated with a tenant?

How can we access or manage these files? Is it through the Copilot Studio interface, Azure Portal, or via an API?
