Problem when I use a greeting intention that is in the goodbye intention

My problem is when I use the Spanish "Good day" this greeting intention is found in the goodbye intentions and the bot says goodbye instead of greeting me. How can I solve it?

Hi @GermanE,

Just to double check. What language did you use when you created your bot?

Language support - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs

And I assuming you used "Buenos días" or did you use some other phrase when testing?

Hi,
My bot was create in spanish.
Yes when i used "Buenos Dias" the bot say "Good Bye".
Is there any way to fix it?

Hi @GermanE,

I am unable to reproduce it. In my environment my Spanish (ES) bot responsed with ¿Qué tal? topic instead.

Can you check if "Buenos Dias" is by any chance listed as one of the trigger phrases in the Adiós topic?

The problem is "Buen Dia" with "Buenos Dias" is OK.

Example: "Buenos Dias" -- OK

Used "Buen Dia" -- NOK

Is possible modify Theme "Good Bye" or "Adios"?

Hi @GermanE,

Those are system topics. And as far as I am aware trigger phrases can't be edited in those ones.
