Hi, I have a canvas app that accesses an Excel file which is stored on my work OneDrive. Everything works fine for me, but when I publish the app and try to have my colleagues access the app, they get the following error message:

"Failed to load Table1. The specified record was not found. Failed to read metadata from file source...Not Found clientRequestID....

I have shared the Excel file with everyone in my organization.

Any ideas?

Thanks, but I already read that thread and it didn't help. This is obviously a show stopper since apps without users is kinda useless. Do environments play into something like this. I have tried a sandbox environment and my org's production environment and I still have the same problem. I have shared the app with "Everyone" as well as the Excel file in OneDrive.

So I got this to work. For some reason sharing the Excel file with "Everyone" in my org did not actually share the file. I had to add an actual individual to share it with and then it worked.
