Copilot Studio SharePoint integration in other channels than teams

Is there anyway to make a copilot (developed with Copilot Studio) work with the SharePoint integration thru external M365 channels like whatsapp where not all users will have a Entry ID Identity?

 

Is there a scenario in which users can use a service account as part of the integration to take care of the authentication for example?

    Theoretically yes, but you would not be able to leverage Generative Answers OOTB. Maybe this will put you on the right track.
