What is it that you are trying to accomplish? Why change the priorities of keywords/trigger phrases?

    Hi,

I am new to this tool. This is my first chatbot and do not know all possibilities.

My client want to set priorities for specific key word. I think this is not needed and chatbot will handle this without setting up priorities. But I would like to check if there is such posibility and if this optimal for chatbot or not.

My advice to you is to try and understand the underlying concern for your client.

    Thank you for your advice.

Based on your unclear answer I asume that prioritization is not possible. 🙂

Still not sure what prioritization means exactly, but regardless, there are ways in which you could impact the weight assigned to trigger phrases and keywords.

For example, a priority can be assigned to topic triggers so when there's a qualifying trigger for more than one topic, the topic with the highest priority will be fired first.

You can also improve the accuracy of intent classification, by creating an entity that will provide context for the engine with regards to specific keywords.

Sometimes keywords with a high frequency contribute towards misclassification. For example, the phrase "I need X" can appear in trigger phrases across many different topics, so it shouldn't be a reliable indicator for a specific intent. To reduce the weight of this phrase as an indicator for an intent, you can try creating a closed list entity with synonyms (need, want request).

    I hope this helps.

Hi. Thanks for your tip. Generating a closed list seems like an interesting workaround. Where in the flow would you define the list? Anyway: I have a need for separating "I need X", "what is the cost of X", "How do I apply for X". It's the main object X that causes the problem. The Copilot triggers on either of the X-es randomly. How could a closed list with "I need", "I apply" etc help with that? I guess not?
