strange error edit form in powerapps (sharepoint list)

Hi,

I've got a SharePoint online list, and a powerapp (see images for how they look).

When I want to create an edit form within Powerapps for this list, it throws an error that I can't seem to resolve. I've already deleted and re-connected the SharePoint list, removed the form and tried again.

When I want to make a Powerapps edit form within Sharepoint online I get the same error. It says: "the function choice has some invalid arguments". I think it could be a localization issue or something like that? If I follow any documentation it seems fine though. Any ideas?

    Hey Chris,

It appears this may be a bug. Here is a similar thread that solved the issue by re-creating the list in Sharepoint as a new list:

    Thanks!

    I tried that:

    * Powerapp broken (so I can make other forms again)

    * Did not work, I still get that error when trying to insert an edit form for that particular SharePoint list.

    Hi @chrisvermeijlen ,

Two things - your code should be

    Choices([@AssetType].AssetType)

Second, you have your field and list named the same and can cause ambiguity. If this causes any further issues, make a new field with a different name, copy any data in and then delete the old one. Renaming will not work as SharePoint "remembers" the original name.
