Hello I installed the COE kit in the wrong environment and wondered if there was an easy way to delete everything associated to it. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Yes, sometimes the operation takes longer than the expected response time by the browser. It should still work, and apparently did work in your case 🙂

It kept giving a time out error but after a few days the zip package has gone!
If you installed the CoE as managed solutions, uninstalling it is fairly simple. You simply have to delete all of the components you imported: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/developer/uninstall-delete-solution?view=op-9-1 (yes, the documentation is for on-prem D365, but the process is the same for Dataverse).
Make sure to uninstall the solution components in the reverse order you used when you installed them - otherwise you may run into dependency errors (e.g. when you're trying to uninstall the Core solution before you uninstall the Governance solution).
