Hi ,
I created a chatbot with my own end message(no survey) . The resolution rate in analystics shows 0%. Do I have to use the embedde "Endof Conversation " message to get the rate . Is there way to get a resolution rate with my own message.

Unfortunately, not yet. All resolution rate is connected to the star rating.
