Error importing CoE Starter Kit

Hello!
We have encountered some problems when trying to import the CoE as we are faced with the error message "Sorry, there's been a disconnect".

We have done all the preparatory steps with the creation of environments, import of creator kit, etc. We have tested it in different environments but encounter the same problem.

All help is appreciated!

    Hi,

can you share the information under "Show more details"?
Are you tried from a InPrivate browser?

    Hi @AlbertoCastro,
The information under show more details is just:
"We can't get that information right now. Either try again or check our support page to see if there are any known issues."

We've tried different browsers and 3 different tenants and get the same connection error.

And this error only happens when you try to import the Core Solution of the coe starter kit?
Are you try with other solution? Are you try download again the solution from the github repository and import it?

Sorry by this basic questions but they are tests that I would do 🙂

I'm having the exact same issue on my end when importing the CoE Core Components - getting the same error on multiple accounts, tenants and browsers. Have even tried older versions of the CoE and still experiencing the same issue.

No issue importing any other solutions however.

wow, then I haven't idea of this issue. You could open a issue in the github repo of the coe starter kit, but I think that the product team neither have answer of this. The best option it would be open a MS support case.

We have also tried different versions of the CoE Core Components with the same error. I'll open a MS support case!

I've the same issue since yesterday. I managed to install it correctly on last Friday. But on Tuesday 7th, impossible.

The main discrepancies I noticed is  with the HTTP with Azure AD Connector. Since yesterday morning, it is named HTTP with Entra ID (preauthorized) but in the solution it look for the "old" HTTP with Azure AD.

Maybe the issue comes from this change ?

The status is still the same, Is Microsoft even concerned about this outage?

yep...Maybe you can raise a support ticket. I did it early this morning. If MS receives tons of ticjkets, maybe they will reply ? 😁

Good news ! I've been able to install it.

    See my post on https://github.com/microsoft/coe-starter-kit/issues/7050#issuecomment-1803643151

To sum up: use the Classic UI instead of the modern UI
