Hi,
I had a look at your App, and I don't understand the need - in order to access the App (to reach that login screen) they must already be logged into the Office365 tenant as themselves using their username and password.
To do it the way you suggest would mean that you had access to the plaintext values of the password, which you should not.
If you only want to allow certain people to log in, you could try restricting controls' visibility by the email address or security group of the user that is currently logged in.
