Patch adds correct record than a blank record

Hi everyone.  Ive seen some others having this issue but the solutions for them are not working for me.  When I add rows to a DV table using a ForAll and a patch, it will add the correct collection to the DV table but it also adds a blank record.  The required field is filled in but the optional fields are missing.  The additional record shouldnt exist at all.

The collection I am patching only has 1 row. Pic below of collection.

The code to patch them looks like this

And here is a screen shot of the DV table as well.

Any help would be great!

    Hi @ckserra33,

Could you please tell me why you refer to tiTaskTitle.Value in your Patch()?

If all of the columns in your collection is text type, I think you should modify your formula as below:

Hi @v-qiaqi-msft .  Honestly I am not sure why I am pulling that from outside the collection, but when I changed it to what you suggested it has started working correctly.  Thank you VERY much for your help!!
