Topic Suggestions from chat transcripts (preview) not working

Hello PVA Community,
I am using the Power Virtual Agents classic canvas and I am not able to capture Topic suggestions from the users using the deployed chat bot. The chat bot is currently deployed in MS Teams.

I am getting the message "No topic suggestions from chat transcripts. Check for updates after your bot has handled more traffic." It also states "Never been updated"

Current environment is the extended trial, this shouldn't make a difference, right?

I am not sure why I am not getting any suggested topics. It did work once, and I converted the suggested topics to Topiic in the chat bot.

Any and all suggestions are helpful. I just want to capture and convert customer questions not responded by the chat bot into good Topics.

The trial status shouldn't matter. Are you using a classic bot? If so you might want to open a support ticket.
