SharePoint or OneDrive knowledge sources - Entra ID authentication

Hi folks,
 
From what I've read on the official documentation, both SharePoint and OneDrive access requires user authentication via Microsoft Entra ID if used as a knowledge source for an Agent. Is there any way to mitigate this as I want to create an Agent for external user but still have the convenience of a SharePoint or OneDrive as content management system?

    Hi,
     
    I think you would have to upload the files as knowledge to the agent to achieve that. Matthew Devaney has a blog article about how to do that How To Add Copilot Studio Knowledge Files Using Power Automate
