I'm familiar with how to assign permissions to a Dataverse table via security roles in the admin center.
How do I view which security roles have access by selecting a particular table?
On the XRMtoolbox there is a tool called "Access Security Roles", on the left hand side you can select a specific table and select all security roles and click show Permissions and it will show you the access level per table.
