The following error occurred for “Power Platform Tool Installer” task:
Exception calling "ShouldContinue" with "2" argument(s): "Windows PowerShell is in NonInteractive mode. Read and Prompt functionality is not available."

In debug mode it looks that error is caused by "Install-NuGetClientBinaries" comand.
Is anyone able to help with this?
Looks like you are using your own Build Agent?
Try logging onto it and installing the NuGetBinaries manually - there is a prompt that script is asking for and all PowerShell scripts are run in non-interactive mode. I suspect it's the 'untrusted' source prompt.
@ScottDurow Is there any check/workaround which I can try without access to the VM with build agent?
