Hi all,

I'm new to Power Apps Portal. I tried to set up both Official languages to the Portal but it failed in French option.

What I did:

1) Enabled French (code 1036) lang from Administration>Languages

2) Published/activated the French lang

3) In Portal Management>Website>[my website], add code 1036 to the Supported Language section (Default is English)

4) Created custom entity/the quick view form through Power Apps, then saved and published the form

5) Added new web page to the custom portal and attached the form to the page

6) Ran the URL or browsed webpage for testing

7) It failed once I switched to French and received Page Not Found error

Thanks in advance.

Ron

    Hi @ronaldhon ,

Please check out this blog post on how to work with multiple languages in Portal. Unfortunately, it is not enough to just enable the language - you will need to export translation file from the system and translate the name of the fields in necessary language and import it back so the system can pick it up. You can find an explanation on how to do it in the post that I mentioned earlier.

    Hi,

Thanks for the quick response. I also checked this part but the field contents still in English when I switched the lang to French.

    Hi @ronaldhon,

Open web page that you created and under Localized Content section of General tab check if the page exists on the language that you need. By default when you create a new web page it will not generate it for all languages - only for the default one. I will need to add localized version manually (basically clicking on New Web Page in Localized Content section and then selecting proper language).
