Hi, I have been asked to create a Visitor Registration App. If I create one will I be able to share it with people who do not have licenses? Is there a good template for this? Or would this be better suited to a Microsoft Forms?
All users of a Power App need to have a licence. So you would be better using Microsoft Forms where an external user can submit the form. But you'll need to have questions for their name and email address as Forms will have no way of knowing this.
