Integrated through web channel iframe

Hello Community,

I have integrated virtual agents bot on power pages through iframe, im trying to work around an issue with power pages own chatbot.
but the issue with the iframe bot is whenever the page is refreshed the chat starts from start not keeping the history.
Can anybody tell me why this happens?
