Hi, I'm currently planning to create an app using Microsoft Powerapps with the AI builder add-on. Can I clarify if the eventual users of my app will also need to have the AI-builder license in order to use my app?
AI Builder has a capacity license model.
You purchase 1 addon and get 1million credits on your tenant that you must allocate to an environment.

Once the capacity is allocated anyone on the environment can use it.
You need to share the model with other users though so they can run it in the Power Apps.
