Inquiry about Power Platform licenses and subscription options

I am interested in purchasing a license to use the Power Platform tools.

My primary intention is to learn and test the tools, so I do not require full production capabilities. Do you have any license options tailored for this purpose?
 

I have a few questions regarding your subscription options:

1- Is it possible to purchase a single license that includes all Power Platform applications (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse), or do I need to buy separate licenses for each tool?

2-- Do you offer any accessible "pack" or "bundle" that includes all the tools along with Dataverse storage?
 

Additionally, I would like to confirm whether Microsoft still provides free membership under the Developer Sandbox Subscription, as it would perfectly suit my learning objectives.

    Hi,
     
    You are asking the wrong people. We do not sell anything here, we are just users. You need to contact Microsoft sales.
     
    What I can tell you though is that there are definitely levels of M365 or O365 that you can buy that in fact will have this stuff.
     
    You can also get Visual Studio Professional Subscription, which comes with a free O365 that has all of it. The level of what you can do is primarily equal to production but its a Dev environment.
