Negative number becomes positive in the SharePoint list

Hi!

I have an app that I did not build. The app tracks sales and the columns are formatted as currency in the list. Some of the fields in the app are formatted for negative numbers (returns). Some of the negative fields appear as negative in the list, but some convert to positive in the list. I have looked at the fields in the app and they appear to be formatted the same. The columns in the list are the same, also. What am I missing? If the field in the app is formatted for a negative number, why doesn't it appear as a negative number in the list? Why is it being converted to a positive? See the red outlined fields below. I am having this issue with 2 fields. The other negative number fields appear as negative in the list. My submit button only submits the form. The On Success setting of the form only displays a success notification, resets the form, and navigates to another screen.

Can you share the formula that's used to format the values in your app?

Assuming those are text input controls, can you post the formula in the Default property?

The default values of all the fields that appear negative is simply 0.

    Hi

Please share your expression, because it looks to me like you are using formatting to make it look like dollars and that will impact it

but your main issue is, the default you have isn't setup to show your values. Meaning, I dont know where this control is (gallery or what) but the default should be that galleries/components source column and not the number 0

You need to update it to be pointing at the right column because in your picture its clearly not.
