Hello, so far, I have been assigning the per app per user license type to users (which I understand allows users to access only 1 app).

Now I have to develop an app for a group of users that already have access to other apps, so I understand this per user per app license won't work, and considering the per user license it's too expensive, would it work to assign 2 per user per app licenses to the same 1 user? to provide access to 1 user to 2 apps?

How you have deploy the type of licenses to reduce the cost incurred due to power apps premium licenses?

You need to calculate your apps and users to be correctly licenses for example:
you have 2 apps that use premium features and you have 6 users that need to access those 2 apps. This means you need to buy 12 per app licenses and assign it to environment.
What i usually do is if i see a user need to have access to 4 apps i buy premium per user and if less i buy per app

@jja But is this per environment? I mean, and to follow your example. If I assign those 12 per app licenses to the prod environment, the licenses will reallocate to the 6 users to provide them access to the 2 apps?

In my case, the per user license cost it's almost 6 times the per app license cost. So if I can use the per app license for users that need between 2 or 5 apps, it would be great.

Yes per user per app license is for particular environment. It comes as addon ant then you allocate it to the needed environment
you are counting correct. if your 6 users need accsess to 2 apps you need 12 per app licenses
