Showing message in bot- This agent is currently unavailable.

On June 20th, when we tried to interact with our agent, we received the message: "This agent is currently unavailable. It has reached its usage limit. Please try again later." However, on June 21st, the agent started working normally, and the message no longer appeared.

 

I would like to understand why this happened.

    I made the same observation with the difference that I still don't have access to the corresponding agents.
     
    Have you received any further insights?
     
    Does anyone from the community have input?
     
    I would appreciate answers very much.

    I have to correct myself. This morning the corresponding agents did not work for me yet.
     
    How by magic they work now, a miracle?
     
    I would be very interested in the background.
     
    My constellation:
    M365 Copilot License
    No message pack
    No PAYG

    :) i don't understand well the question so i try asking since nobody answer.
     
    The message is pretty clear : you reach the limit. Every service have limit, all of them , specially in cloud and Microsoft.
    Limit are temporary about usage by hour, day, month etc.
     
    You have two kind of limits :
    - pay consumption message : you could over go about 25% of the limit allowed by you'r IT
    - Service usage : all service, api, etc have throttle limit if too much used : this one is not supposed to happen in copilot studio normal use. never eard of it
     
    why it's start again ? IT dude give you token/credit or juste the service limit move every second/day and just you get quota again :)
     
    But i could understand, i never add this kind of message, i alway keep eyes on message consumption to never reach limit.
    Since it's a pretty message in the bot, could have been a message from you'r developper when you have an error : for sample AI builder tools need credit cosumption and "give ugly error message : dev could take them and just write; you don't have credit anymore " or what ever they want.
     
    (if you are in a trial environnement, you have a lot of limitation since it s a free trial, like usage)

    Very interesting explanations. 🙏 Yes, I can also well imagine that these are limitations.
     
    Amazing in my case: the day before yesterday the corresponding agents did not work, yesterday they worked, today they do not work again.
     
    Last month I don’t have this problems.

    If I understand correctly, the +25% (only) refer to the additional capacity "message packs".
     
    When using PAYG or as without using PAYG, the overuse is not (clearly) defined or overuse is not (anymore) tolerated. How do you see that?
