:) i don't understand well the question so i try asking since nobody answer.
The message is pretty clear : you reach the limit. Every service have limit, all of them , specially in cloud and Microsoft.
Limit are temporary about usage by hour, day, month etc.
You have two kind of limits :
- pay consumption message : you could over go about 25% of the limit allowed by you'r IT
- Service usage : all service, api, etc have throttle limit if too much used : this one is not supposed to happen in copilot studio normal use. never eard of it
why it's start again ? IT dude give you token/credit or juste the service limit move every second/day and just you get quota again :)
But i could understand, i never add this kind of message, i alway keep eyes on message consumption to never reach limit.
Since it's a pretty message in the bot, could have been a message from you'r developper when you have an error : for sample AI builder tools need credit cosumption and "give ugly error message : dev could take them and just write; you don't have credit anymore " or what ever they want.
(if you are in a trial environnement, you have a lot of limitation since it s a free trial, like usage)
