Find (un)managed customisations and compare to managed solution

Dear,

We have a managed solution that has been placed in a production environment. Quite some customisations have been made on top of the managed solution (which is not good practice?), and we would like to incorporate them into the managed solution.

How can we find all customisations that have been made in the environment?

In your production environment your unmanaged customisations are put into an “active layer” - see this article for further information Solution layers - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs

To find out what active layers you have across the entire solution, there is a plug-in for XRMTollbox called Solution Layers Explorer. It scans through your environment and tells you which components have unmanaged customisations. Check it out here Solution Layers Explorer · XrmToolBox
